Refund & Returns Policy

1. Your Statutory Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 calendar days of the day after you receive them, without giving any reason.

This right applies to all orders placed through this website by consumers in the United Kingdom.

2. How to Exercise Your Right to Cancel

To cancel your order within the 14-day period, notify us by one of the following methods before the cancellation period expires:

• Phone: +44 20 7946 0312 - Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:00 GMT.
• Post: Linden Nutrition Ltd, 14 Holborn Viaduct, London, EC1A 2BN - written notice must be sent before the 14-day period expires.

We will acknowledge your cancellation request by email or telephone within one working day.

3. Returning the Goods

Once you have notified us of your cancellation:

• Return the goods to us at 14 Holborn Viaduct, London, EC1A 2BN without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after the day you notified us of your decision to cancel.
• Goods must be returned in their original condition and, where possible, original packaging. We reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
• You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or not as described.

4. Refund Process

Because we operate on a payment on delivery model, no advance payment will have been taken from you. Where a refund is due (for example, if you have already paid the courier on delivery), we will process a refund:

• Within 14 calendar days of the day we receive the returned goods back, OR
• Within 14 calendar days of you providing evidence of return (if earlier).

Refunds will be issued by bank transfer or the original payment method where applicable. We will not charge any fee for the refund itself.

5. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your goods arrive damaged or are faulty, you have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You are entitled to:

• a full refund if the goods are rejected within 30 days of receipt;
• a repair or replacement (at our option) if the fault is discovered after 30 days but within 6 months;
• further remedies if a repair or replacement is not possible.

6. Exceptions

The 14-day cancellation right does not apply to:

• goods that have been unsealed after delivery where, for health or hygiene reasons, they cannot be returned (e.g. opened food supplement sachets). However, you may still cancel and return unopened boxes within 14 days.
